Myspace Ads

My ads are getting approved super fast, most of the time in less than a minute. I think they actually have people working around the clock too because I've seen clicks and ad approvals from MySpace reps at 3:30am as well. Kinda nice actually, esp. compared to FB.

I just tried some more and they were instant and approve the one that was waiting for hours guess it was stuck. Myspace is so much better than facebook.

How does myspace charge you?

I know I have been thru $30,$50,$250,$500,$1000

Do they charge $1k and keep charging $1k or do they up the charge as you increase your spend?

Also never let down.

I'll admit I ran around, but I'm not going to desert MySpace. Just got two new campaigns approved.

The approval was lightning fast, unlike the 3 days I waited at first. That didn't make me cry. Now if I can actually get some conversions, I may never say goodbye.

Why do all my campaigns have a 10% increase in clicks compared to my tracking? I have seen other people talk about this to.

I got approved lightening fast for a couple of new campaigns, but it seems as though Myspace won't throw traffic my way. Anyone else have this making monies of Myspace problem??

Anyone else getting a lack of impressions today? The last few days have been normal but today I woke up to probably 5% of the volume I usually have. Just curious.

K.. good to know it's not just me. Did you send your acct rep an email or something?

I've been in contact with the CPM group at MySpace.. my account rep on that side is trying to get me to do a media buy with them but we both agreed right now it doesn't make sense.

Advantages: guaranteed impressions, better targeting, reporting, creative control
Disadvantages: cost ($1-2CPM), minimum budget ($10k)

Although I would like more impressions for a few of my campaigns, and the more granular targeting wouldn't be bad, I just can't justify spending those CPM prices. Perhaps if I had campaigns with crazy-high CTR it'd make sense but right now the self-serve stuff is just so much cheaper.

Anyone else gotten into this?

how many facebook offers you promoted until you found your first winner?
i am 0 of 8 so far

do the top epc campaigns in your networks do well? i tried only top epc freebies and all failed..
