Again, I want to thank everyone for helping me with PPC arbitrage.

I'm looking into other streams of income with low overhead and maintenance. I hear myspace is great for affiliates.

I'm going to create a profile centered around a product and add people using a free adder:
MySpace Massive Friend Adder Program

Does anyone know of a free adder that bypasses CAPTCHA?

Anyway, is it necessary to have a pre-sell page? I know a pre-sell page is better in the long run, but I'm shooting for efficiency since the profiles may be banned and I'll switch between products if one doesn't sell.

I saw some threads about this on 5-star affiliates, but they kept blowing sunshine up eachothers asses so I'm looking for some real opinions.

why do people come up with this shit? you can give it a try but selling on myspace is something that takes so much time due to the new rules

sure there are still holes in the system but if you know the holes you are not going to tell someone how to exploit the holes!

What makes it so hard now? (I haven't used myspace in about a year)
I guess that would explain why I couln't find much info on it in this forum.

well for 1 thing, the max friend requests I am told is 50 a day per account
then everyone on myspace has been spammed to death already so if you do it expect low ecpc and conversion rates!

You can still make some money on MySpace but it's a lot harder than six months ago, especially the CAPTCHA which kicks in after 50 friends requests is a bitch.

You are wrong on both counts.

Ok, so most people think myspace is a waste of time. I'm not going to argue since I haven't done marketing using myspace.

So now the question is which social network/community site is best for affiliate marketing?

Is Squidoo profitable?

The main point is that all the major affiliate networks have banned marketing on myspace, and you will prolly get caught anyway and banned.

I checked clickbank's TOS and it didn't mention that. Is clickbank against this?

Maybe not, but i can basically guarantee you you arent going to get a single sale from any product on clickbank on myspace. How are you going to message someone and convince them to buy a 30 dollar E-book?

You have a point.

I've been doing some research and so far it seems the best way to use social networking sites is to increase traffic to your site and not sell directly.

I'm thinking about creating some squidoo lenses to increase traffic to a newsletter signup page.

Rob - god damn, what an informative post you made. WOW, to simply say I was wrong on both accounts ads so much value because you had such a great explanation for why I am wrong.

HERE is an idea, if you disagree with something someone says explain why and ad some value to this forum or go to EF or shitpoint or someplace that needs those dumbass posts!
assclown!

There's nothing left to say. You were wrong. Pretty self explanatory.

but Rob, explain how I was wrong? are you stating opinion or fact? if there is a way to send out more than 50 friend requests from an account explain how, if you don't believe most people on myspace have been spammed to death then tell us why you think that - to just say you are wrong enough said does not explain anything! hell, I am asking cause I would like to know why you said it, but you have not contributed anything to it. do you understand what I am saying? CONTRIBUTE SOMETHING OTHER THAN A SINGLE LINE STATEMENT!
