Myspace billing error...

I've been getting this error when trying to update my credit card. Has anyone else?

"We're sorry, we have encountered an internal server error.
You will be redirected to the login page in a few moments."

Yeah, getting the same on accounts that were hit with the overcharges.

Same error over here on accounts with overcharges... I'm guessing it has something to do with them limiting one card per account? Has anyone found a solution?

There was a huge ass thread about Myspace over charging thousands per day, its somewhere in the forum. You could probably find an answer there, or find comfort knowing you aren't the only one getting fucked; whichever you prefer.

It's not an over charging issue... It's an issue with adding a credit card...

If they're having huge issues with CCs, do you think they want more people coming in there and making it worse? They're probably doing you a favor. But hell, if you want to add your CC so bad just so it can be overcharged, be my guest. Trying to help bro, save the "..." for somebody else.

What the fuck are you talking about James? I can't advertising anymore because I can't add a credit card. I reached my daily spending limit one day on my debit card, so when myspace tried billing me it got denied.....SOOOOO my account got disabled.

NOW, in order for me to enable my account again, I have to re-add my debit card, but I get errors when doing so. And I am not the only one having this problem.

Do you understand now?

Slow down man, I'm merely speculating that since a bunch of people were having issues with billing (although different than yours) I wouldn't be surprised if you ran into another error especially when they are in the process of refunding a ton of money.

I think they've made it to where you can't open another account with the same billing address or credit card.

Try changing "road" to "rd" and adding "suite 1" or whatever.

my credit card will still create a problem. I can't go get a new card everytime this happens.

Looks like it may be fixed now. I was just able to update a previously overbilled and "disabled" account. It didn't throw the error when I tried to update the card, and doesn't show the "Your account is disabled." error anymore.

Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem...

Last night, my cc was mysteriously declined on MySpace myAds. I've tried 4 different Amex cards and they keep getting declined and my account becomes disabled and all my campaigns get paused.

I've been on the phone with Amex twice and they are seeing multiple ~$1k approvals every day and there all my Amexs are in good standing.

Seriously WTF?? This is annoying as fuck. I can get my campaigns back but ONLY until they try to charge me again, at which point the cc gets denied again.

I think MySpace billing is fucked up but I'm not sure if it's just me. Is anyone else having a similar issue?

I'll probably ask the same question to any MySpace advertisers downstairs at the WF meetup in an hour.
