Before I get flamed Let me start off by saying that I apologize for my first post being a question as opposed to a contribution. I will certainly try to give back whenever I have something worth saying haha. Ok, so we are all aware of the issues with MySpace's billing department. A few people have touched on this subject but i'm looking to see if anyone has any good suggestions to resolve the problem I've been having. Almost daily I max out my daily limit on the card that I have on file at the time with MySpace. The reason for this is my daily spend limit of 3k on my debit card and payments taking too long to post on my CC's. Ok, so everytime this happens I go to update my card, they never charge it and the account stays frozen. Because of this I have opened 6 accounts over the past two months! I must be doing something wrong here. I have contacted them nearly everytime this happens and everytime I get the same canned response saying that I need to unpause my ads. I respond again and once in a while I get a response that isn't even worth reading. Do any of you guys have this same problem? I would also like to find out if it's even possible to get an account rep with MS. I spend about 100k monthly with them. Thank you all for your time and any help would be greatly appreciated.
