Need a designer for a web2.0 site

I know I hate the term too. But I need a design for prayeranswer.com - the code is done and I need someone to come in and make it fancy. It's all based on user experiences. So it's very dynamic in nature.

Prayabout.com is a competitor and I like that site a lot.
