It's called cloaking and there is a great guide on this forum that's a few months old. I think the basic concept still works, you have to be tracking your stats VERY closely so you can figure out which IP's come from Google reviewers and add them to the block list.

Okay, different approach. How about just iFraming? I know google doesn't like those either but as long as I don't get reviewed I'm fine. On top of that my CTR's are 8% or higher so content won't be an issue.
