Need a VPS in NL

Hey guys. I currently have a site set up on a shared hosting account and now I want to move it to a VPS host (must be hosted in Netherlands).

Here are the stats of my site:
6k views/month
2492.72MB monthly transfer
132.82MB disk space usage (will increase definitely since it's a forum)


So what host do you recommend and which package for a site of those stats? Also, would anyone be able to help me transfer? I've never used VPS hosting before, only simple shared hosting cPanel stuff. So I'm guessing I would need a managed solution? Last question, the nameservers would be ns1.mydomain.com and ns2.mydomain.com most likely, correct?
 


If you forget server location for a while then i can suggest you a very reliable windows vps provider that is vpswebserver.com they provide very reliable service at very low rate and their service and support is best even better then big vps providers.
 
I have used knownhost.com for some time and only have very good things to say about them. Systems are good and support is fast and very helpful.
