Need an Active Google Adwords Account -Google Suspended Mine

Hey guys,

I would like to purchase an active adwords account. The reason is Google continually suspends each new account I open and won't tell me why. No matter what I do, they won't open an adwords account for me. I have a family to feed and my online business is down the drain without adwords
