Each certificate in the system should have its own unique code in the database. So anytime a new certificate is made a new code is generated and assigned.
Client will need to subscribe with an email to make any purchases
I will give a specific amount of certificates to vendors to start the deal. Each certificate will have a redemption code which should be printed on each certificate so that it can be redeemed for services or merchandise.
Email the vendors a list of the updated certificate codes so they can keep track of certificates used. The merchant should have this database of coded certificates beforehand so that he can cancel each one when client comes to use it. As well maybe an email sent to the vendor each time someone purchases a new certificate so he can keep track of immediate sales.
Track each transaction amount and merchant where the certificate will be redeemed. This way I can pay each Merchant the exact amount.
Similar to the gift cards. Will also have a section for offers and deals from each vendor. Should be able to enter and add offers as well.
We must accept Visa, Master Card, ATH (type of atm card). We will be doing the Banking Business with a new account I will set up for the new business.
