Here's my situation:

Just found out my car won't pass inspection after dumping over $1k into it. (Thanks for ripping me off guys!)
Inspection expires at the end of the month.

I need to make $1000 quickly to buy a piece of shit car to get me around for 6 months or so until I can get things in order to purchase a real car.

I can't take out a car loan at the moment as I am trying to buy a house. Any new loans will impact my credit and thus adversely effect my ability to get a mortgage. Once a house is purchased I can get a decent car.

And the kicker.. I have $50 to $100 to do it.

What do you consider to be the fastest, most risk averse way to generate a thousand dollars in a couple weeks?

If you are good at PPC, copeac pays weekly if you do $1000. That's about $150 in profit a day. Get some friends/family members to grab some free vouchers and you can double up on ad credit.

Or,

sell some kind of electric product and send people to Paypal (hopefully you have a Paypal card so you don't have to wait several days to get the money). Exoclick pays monthly if you are a damned good at arbi maybe that will work.

Just some ideas.....
Good luck

1. Go find lots of discarded magazines (recycling boxes, ask at the local hospital etc) and cut out all the coupons you can find. Ebay them or sell them for 50% of value to shoppers at local supermarket.
2. Find a fountain, pretty pond or any other public but clean water feature. Scoop out all the change that morons always throw in.
3. Use this cash to place a bet.
4. Win.
That's the most risk averse method I can think of.

At $100 you could buy 9 .com domains. Spend a couple hours looking for ones with solid names and perceived value. Sell them on DP.

Okay, so you're buying a house with 0 down as well?

If you went to finance a new car with 0 down (which isn't great to do but whatever) the inquiry they do on your credit would have minimal impact on your score, and if you're already pre-approved for the home loan then you can go out and get that car! (Just be sure you can afford the payments on the house, car, and insurance.)

Or... drive your current car without a clean inspection and see if you can get away with it. What do they do if they catch you driving it without a clean inspection? Fine or Jail? Is the fine less than $1000?

I'm not 100% on how the whole "passing inspection" thing works, as most of the country doesn't have those kinds of things in place.

On top of that, I have yet to see a POS car for $1000 that you aren't gonna be dropping more cash into within that 6 month time frame.

Good luck sir.
