I would figure being support based, if your company does a good job supporting (insert what it is ya'll support here) then you should keep the customer and thus keep making the coin.
Yeah, we're pretty good. We have a couple hundred clients, and we get a few more every week. Right now I'm really jealous of our in-house sales guy who gets 8% for life and has referred who knows how many of our clients.
