Need to increae the # of views to a youtube video

I need increase the number of views some youtube videos I'm using (not to rank on youtube, just as social proof for people who come from my web page) Any ideas for a good cheap way to raise the view count?

Not sure how many views it counts per user, but you could just set up a macro to click replay every so often.

Post it on your home page and put it on autoplay. Everyone that visits your site will count as a view.

Try this:

1.) Find a video(s) related to yours that has a high view count.
2.) Copy the keywords/tags of that video(s)
3.) Use those keywords/tags in your video

So next time anyone sees the high view count video, your video will be returned as a related video.

I got a video up to like 600,000 views that way pretty quickly. You have to dig around a bit to find the profiles that still allow HTML (and are worth posting on).

I found some that allowed HTML, but they all need to approve the comments before they get posted. How do you find ones that don't approve first?

Depending on the niche of your video - create a couple of videos that get more views naturally e.g. sexy girl dancing etc. and then put a link into the annotation to your other video telling them to go there.
