I would like to buy VPS and dedicated servers for emailing.

Preferably where I can add IPs to the account.

I am completely honest about tha fact that I will be emailing them. As I don't want any confusion about this. So if you can offer that... please let me know.

my website Indian Songs, Download Bollywood Songs, Songspk, Mp3 Songs, Indian Movie Songs,Hindi Music - iSongs.pk will be used for video content mainly on demand. my final audience will be about 1000 clients at once where there should be around 500gb-1tb of content on the server.

two questions:
1)which way to go vps(shared) or dedicated
2)what about my bandwith - the movie quality should be broadcasted at 700 Kbps to keep the good quality.
