Needed: FAST, American web developer/designer who is available during normal biz hrs

I am looking for an all around SPEEDY web guy who can make frequent edits and changes to my landing pages and websites. Everyone I have used so far is so slow (outsourced indians), I send them a tiny edit and it takes them a full day or TWO to do it.

Question: Where do I find a FAST, skilled, AMERICAN freelance web guy who is available during normal american business hours?

I have tried all of the outsource sites and all I get is freelancers from india, bangladesh, etc... where the fuck do all the freelance american web developers hang out?
