Neverblue is dead?

Few weeks ago I applied for being a publisher at the Neverblue network. All good.
I waited, and waited, and waited. I finally decided to give them a call. Although I called them on Tuesday, at a reasonable hour but I got no response.
I also tried to call them few days ago and still got no response.
Is the Neverblue network still into the affiliate business? Is it dead or something?
