Use some free tools such as ccleaner to clean the flash cookies and stuffs, if you use same site in 2 adwords account it will rise a red flag

VPS can flag the account for review due to the IP address resolving to a non residential IP along with the sign-up up IP not resolving to the same area as your billing address.

That's why I was asking if you have tested it.
 
That's why you may simply buy block of IP's from your local ISP lol and not messing with all this.

You're going to get banned eventually no matter what your doing. I don't care if you have a site about helping people with cancer that has 2371994919 unique pages on it... you're still going to get banned/slapped eventually. That's how Google works, brah

Also, I've used VPN's before and got banned.

Never needed to really test it honesty but that's like asking me to test putting gas in car to see if it will actually make it run. I know it will work. Does Google have certain datacenters' IP address blocks it keeps on it's special list? Probably. But I can tell you with 100% confidence from my knowledge and experience as an IT Manager that you can connect through a Windows server via RDP and nobody will know where you're really coming from.

Learn the difference between VPS and a VPN. A VPN will give you away in a second (same parent OS with cookies, mac, etc).
 
other solution for those of you who already have one sitting idle most of the time (like me), your wireless broadband card (pulls a unique ip upon connecting ala dial-up) + virtualbox + win xp (or whatever) install.

Run one virtualization that's SOLELY for campaign management. Do nothing else on this. For 2nd account new virtualization, etc.
 
Sublet a new apartment, buy a new computer, use a friend's entirely new ID, cut them 10%

If you're a motherfucking true caliber pimp, this should pay for itself.
