New Adwords Accounts ??

I just created a new Adwords account with a $ 100 voucher,
and it seems like it is not really working.....

I am not getting any impressions with my campaigns at all..

Are new Accounts treated differently than old accounts ?

I have a feeling this account is getting screwed by Google.
