New CNN design...

Just noticed CNN has changed their site design. Not quite sure I like it... it's rather bold, that is for sure. Change takes some getting used to.

Looks good except that big red block should be white, "CNN" should be in red to match the nav bar, leave everything as is and it's good to go IMO.

I like it better than their old layout. The logo in this one looks a bit off to me but other than that it's pretty nice.

I think it is alright. When I checked it out today, the red just blinded me almost. I could do without all that red.

I got mixed opinions when I saw it today, in a way I felt like I Got more information in the old design, but I find the new design more 'pleasing'.

Not sure how, their ads don't seem any more confusing or vulnerable to accidental clicks, unless you mean their articles and stories being even more vague requiring 3 clicks instead of 1 to get to the full story now.

I was meaning CTR as in their advertisers are going to get more clicks. The user friendliness is terrible. It reminds me of a made for adsense wordpress template.

It still sad to see people not actually understand what Web 2.0 is/was.

They were already web 2.0 in the previous design due to iReporters.
