NEW Facebook Ads

Yea
It's pretty stupid to give other people pushing the same offer, the heads up.

Your posts are pretty useless proxy just negative nonsense.

My bad. I mean, to me it just makes sense. If the offer is flagged, it's just not smart to run it, and be surprised you're banned. All I was trying to say. Facebook has zero tolerance for that.

Think about it, if it's less than 5k how many of them are going to be online at once?

300? 400? You're wasting your time.

You're right, and I'm starting over the campaign right now but targeting a bigger demo this time.

But how hard would it to get a high CTR without any keyword targeting? Is it doable without having to spend hundreds on getting the most optimized ad(s) possible?

.20%+ CTR with no keyword targeting on low age demos is very easy.

On the account that received retro-disapproval the same day you guys got the budget hit, I haven't been able to get an ad approved since. 300 ads, 3 tries, all disapproved for different and irrelevant reasons. Hoping that the particular offer I was pushing didn't get flagged, or my ads themselves. My approval rate for this particular campaign prior the retro was like 90%+.

Nah I agree with you, Greed got the best of me, my am told me people were cloaking it through so I was like fuck it. it was stupid on my part. I got warnings last time before my account got banned(rebill era). I didn't think they would ban me over something so gay. I'm just a little nervous to use my other accounts now.

So you guys who got hit with the lowered budget notices are your new submitted ads atleast getting reviewed and approved? Or are they bitching with you? I have a deposit to make before running again, but if they are going to start busting my chops with these head games I will restart one of my other 2 accounts not hit..

Heh! I just got my limit lowered on an account that was banned back in mid-February.

Facebook = Dumbasses.

this is the reply I got when I contacted affiliates @ facebook regarding budget decrease, again I don't run ANYTHING he llists as causing a bad user "experience"
it might be something else they are trying to fit a canned responses to

Thanks for writing in to us. Advertising privileges, which may include increased spend limits, specialized tool access or higher support levels, will be granted based on advertisers' account history and quality. While we aren't able to re-raise your daily spend limit now, we'll reevaluate and may raise your limit in the future as you develop a strong, high quality advertising history with us.

We've seen a great deal of negative feedback about ads that rely on unclear or deceptive business practices. These ads violate user expectations by making false or difficult-to-attain offers, or putting users into a conversion flow that doesn't match the promise in the ad creative. The category includes but is not limited to:
- "Free" offer ads that require a user to complete several hidden steps or make additional purchases in order to receive the promised product
- Subscription or recurring billing offers where the end product or cost doesn't match the pitch in the ad creative
- Lead gen offers where the user's information is submitted for one purpose and may be sold more widely than indicated
- Downloadable products that may affect the user's computer or browser performance in unexpected or undesirable ways

We've also noticed high feedback rates for ads with misleading positioning, or offensive ad creatives. This may include:
- Dating offers that use overly provocative text or racy images
- Friend finders, social services or games that position themselves as dating ads through suggestive ad text and images
- Financial offers, especially those promising easy financial gain through grants, scholarships, debt reduction, etc.

In order to improve the user feedback on your ads, we encourage you to use ad creatives that match the true offer advertised, and pursue new verticals that provide a better user experience. We'll continue to pay close attention to the user experience and feedback generated by new offers come into the marketplace, as well as new ad positioning methods used by advertisers.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks,
"

Ya I think they have totality lost it... Glad I got in when I did but FB Ads death is getting closer and closer.

Heh, this rhetoric sounds oddly familiar...Google anyone?

In before threads start popping up about, "Ok Bros, is Affiliate Marketing REALLY Dead?"

I'm the same, retro disapproved my ads, and then irrelevant reasons when I submit perfectly fine ads. I've kept them well within the guidelines to test and everything is being disapproved.

Did any of you guys choose your business type as affiliate when facebook asked? I ignored them.

Have a possible great solution for you if you have had a limit reduction or ban, PM me ONLY if you ran volume and have legit campaigns that make money (i.e. no cloaking or against TOS). Huge ROIs for the right person.
