NEW Facebook Ads

Well, I unpaused some campaigns and created some new ads and I'm seeing absolutely NOTHING in terms of impressions/clicks after a few hours :(

I've found pausing certain campgains murders them for starting back up, such as if the max bid is below the avg CPC it has a tough time starting back up. I have to raise the max bid to .01 above the avg CPC and give the ad a day or two of history before I lower it back down and still get good impressions.

I've also noticed the bid prices increased 20% or slow in the last 3 days.

Yeah, they had a high CPC anyways since they were from back when FB allowed everything and all the prices had been jacked up, after about 8 hours or so they really got going.

The price increases are ridiculous. All the ads I get on my account are for Australia, and when I target my demo it asks for bids of around 36 cents, when the adboard isn't even full when I look at it. I suspect Facebook is price gouging right now.

When did this happen?

Yes, there was a bit of a price increase in US as well. But nothing serious, 5 cents at most, and then it might be a CTR drop in my campaign.

I've noticed the price increase since early last week, but before that I have no idea as I wasn't using facebook much in March.

I think I took your impressions. Then that meant there is not enough impressions going around on Facebook...

When people start posting here that their ads get shut down, then the bid prices will drop too. It's good as long as you aren't one of those that loses ads. If what I interpreted sohan as saying is true, approvals are going to be a bitch if there's only one person approving affiliate ads.

Facebook impressions have gone down the shitter as of late. I've been working on readjusting all my bids and scaling my campaigns bigger.

There is money to be made god dammit, and I'm not giving up on you Facebook.

Damn facebook, all my ads have been getting disapproved the last couple days. Different size batches and more than 200 have been rejected. I wouldn't be so frustrated but I'm submitting the same type of ads that got previously approved.

I also read in the news the other day that a high level facebook manager got canned because he was pushing new ideas in advertising (among other things). Facebook is stuck in the fucking stoneage ads-wise.

More like fucktard Mark Suckerberg pissed off all his high level management. The guy is a tyrant. Search how many high profile executives left facebook.

I was going to make a new thread about this but figured it would be better to post here. I have been doing US and CA fb dating ads for a bit and was wondering what other countries do well for that market. I just submitted some ads to Germany, London, France, ect., ect. but figured I could ask here to see what worked for some other people.
Hope someone can give me some insight,

Same for me.

All my ads I submitted yesterday were disapproved and all the disapproval notifications were sent at the same minute, I guess the fucking intern was just in a bad mood and bulk disapproved them without even taking a look.

Happens all the time to me. Very frustrating!
