I wanted to clarify my earlier post saying 2 of my advertising accounts were shutdown, given the article on FB click fraud and a quote in there.... I never used the accounts for clicking on ads, just creating ads. They are not even full FB profile accounts so they can't see the adboard. Jeremy Cotter from Facebook setup the 2 accounts because 1 account was not big enough for all my running ads a couple months ago and it was crashing their ad manager. He no longer works there, and now my accounts have been disabled from running ads and I can't get them turned on again unfortunately.
What I wanna know is: How the fuck do you guys get any ads approved these days? I have submitted and resubmitted LOADS of new ads for a week and a half now, and only 4 (!) have been approved. (Through a 2-minute lucky streak I had last night). I resubmit several times a day, at different times of day.
We're talking boring, legit, clean text, clean niche, clean LP, plain ads. Constantly and consistently disapproved for the most random reasons. The most common being the vague classic:
[FONT="] The text of this ad contains language that is unacceptable or inappropriate... bla bla bla
[/FONT]Nothing, and I mean nothing, in my ads remotely even goes against their guidelines.
I'm starting to feel like they have my account tagged with "please disapprove 99% of this advertiser's ad without even looking"
What's the avg. # of times you guys have to resubmit disapproved ads before some drunk FB nazi lets them pass through?

You using automated scripts to submit ads? If yes then make small bunches.
Those are the same kinds of ads I am submitting.
I'm convinced that that is their policy - they don't even look at the ads 90% of the time (no exaggeration). I opened up a second account and experience the same thing there.

i am getting zero impressions and my ad board is empty... fb doesnt like money...
i guess its users complained about the ads and they are taking them down... good thing all i have now is an email address to find out what is going on... im sure tomorrow i'll get a response

Now that Q2 is over and MZ has to go to his investors with the numbers it will be interesting to see how they react when compared to the Q1 numbers, which is when we were all spending money there.
I don't know about the entire day being rough. This morning I got about 50% submissions approved, this included ad-copies outting age ranges. I seem to have the best of luck in the early mornings around 8am, maybe the FB interns haven't had their coffee yet.
