How can an ad which only has 200-300 impressions be flagged by users?

There wouldn't be enough time for the ad to cause saturation where it's flagged and retro-disapproved by FB.

Experienced the same thing on an international dating offer. My theory is that a lot of people X the ad, which raises avg. cpc(??)..but I'm probably way off.

Nah that's different. My guess is you started the ads and there were still some pending. They got a few 100 imps, then the other ads were reviewed and they retroed all of them.

yeah ever since they added that 3rd ad on the profile page...my CTR went fucking down, and the CPC up.
