NEW Facebook Ads

Last campaign I ran, I started ads at 0.20, got 100k impressions on ads over 4 hours, no problems there. This campaign I'm starting at 0.15, going to see what happens.
Trying to create some new ads on FB, but the system is hanging for me. Anyone else having issues?

Update; Unlike two nights ago, I had no problems yesterday.
Submitted a bunch of new ads and got them approved in less than an hour.
Traffic poured in like a flood, one ad instantly hit 0.38 CTR and went to $0.13 cpc pretty quick. Got like 1800 clicks / hour. Also no errors in the interface like others have reported seeing.
I also spoke with Keith, who confirmed that Facebook is having some issues trying to give everyone a share of impressions. So this would explain the fluctuations some of us are experiencing from time to time.

I had that a few hour ago. Also had the other errors people mentioned above. Some errors went away when I switched from using FF to Opera (although I dont think the browser was an issue, more a FB session clusterfuck) . This one above, I think I just recreated the ad and re-submitted it and it went away, cant remember for sure now. Didnt wait hours though, literally less than a minute to resubmit, thats it.
I'm seriously lost, not sure what's funny about that. He told me to ask my AM about a problem with my Facebook acc? I got a hold of a Facebook rep and the problem was fixed within 2 minutes somehow.
That would probably explain why an ad of mine that got 120k impressions overnight two days ago got 200 last night with the same bid.
