Facebook Loosening Up - Bout Damn Time
I worked on some toolbar items about 2 weeks ago with facebook, which was against the advertising TOS, but I noticed that there were other toolbar installs running on the network and thought I would give it a try.
The ads got denied and I wasn't to happy about it, so I cried and pouted about it and screamed, "it's not fair!!" and then, I got the fuck over it.
I am guessing that they have decided to say fuck it, and just roll with it. I smell a myspace effect about to happen...facebook is gonna rip apart their page structure, once again so now they can slap 10 ads down the right side bar, lol....Can't blame em. They tried to be super restrictive for too long. Nice efforts fellas - now open the floodgates so we can maximize marketing...

So I knew today my card would get rejected. Tried to change the primary card so they would charge a different one but no no the shitty system is to broke to do that. So sure enough the card gets rejected and they "pause" my ads and their system seems to suck to much to take a payment right now.
Oh but the best part is they suck so much my ads are not actually paused, getting clicks up the ass still. Maybe they are even going to be free? Great job FB you are such a pathetically run company I love it.

When my ads have been paused due to payment failure I always got traffic off my ads for a day it seemed and never charged for it.

anyone have some suggestions on getting an ad approved.. I see about 5 of the same ad on my ad board and Ive been trying to get an ad approved just like it before the ad board blew up... I talked to my rep and she said the language is not ok... so i just copied an ad verbatim to test that... and it gets disapproved.... wtf!!!! i have submited about 10 variations all disapproved.
