NEW Facebook Ads

have your fb minimums increased this week? I have demos that were good at .25 cpm now up to .40 cpm.... thats a huge jump in one week

The recommended bids are going up, but I've kept my bids the same (CPM) and my ads are still receiving the same amount of traffic.

getting much less traffic here... are they just inflating the bids? or after ASE is everyone decided to sign up

Looks like the recommended bid doubled today..

everything that i fucking submit is too mother fucking "provocative"

the only approved ad I have had recommended bids ~ 0.29 - 0.45 yesterday, at the moment is 1.94 - 2.79

I'm bidding .99, no need to say my ad gets almost no impressions

we're working, not joking...I can't use a platform that doesn't make sense

I'm bidding three times yesterday's recommended bids and I'm getting no impressions on a niche that's not seasonal nor particularly hot at the moment...I CAN'T believe that everyone today picked that offer that has been sitting there for months and started pushing it

Something is definitely up over there.

- The last 3 days they have strangely been VERY happy to approve almost everything I submit or resubmit
- However, they have gone through and wiped out plenty of old and running ads retroactively
- Every new ad I create gets maybe 30 impressions a day and is rendered worthless
- Every old ad I resubmit gets 0 impressions
- Bids are definitely way higher than they have been

Are they undergoing some major clean-up / slap-a-thon, Google style?

I can't help you with anything else but this is definitely the case. I've always kept an eye on international prices for all major countries and they've all gone up 30-40%. Australia's low end suggested is now around 60 cents, when it used to be 30-35.

I suspect they're trying to increase their artificial price floor to make up for the money they're not getting from affiliates.

Yeah bids went up on saturated markets.

LOL I am only getting impressions the first 8minutes of an hour

Now that is wierd.

Anyone else use FB ad manager and notice sometimes they block the Part 2 and Part 3? Not block it but you have to hit continue to proceed to the next step? I was was creating ads and I noticed that happened. It might have just happened one time.

Every time I go on facebook now I see ads asking if I want to advertise even tho I am already running ads.

Also I read that their advertiser base had increased by 3 times in the last 6 months (sorry cant remember where I read that.. techcruch maybe). More advertisers = more competition and higher CPC
