Its on the right top corner for me and shows following like " Blog Search , Blogger , Books , Calenders ,documents etc etc "

But wasn't this already their ???? I never checked it though.....

I see it between where you type your search terms and at the left of 'advanced search, prefernces...'

just because you see it does not mean everyone else does as well
consider yourself special

Yea ive had a few times where weird shit shows up on google
Just things they test and I happen to get it...

it's probably just remote feature testing. maybe your region sucks at searching so google is targetting features to further cater to your locale.

I see this only in firefox, in IE and Opera it doesn't exist
I have installed an extension called submitemnow but I don't see how it could depend on it

yes...we never did well at searching...a google employee usually calls us in case we needed help searching

that's different. there's been a pulldown menu with the same info in my browser (firefox) but nothing like the image you attached.
