New MySpace Editorial Guideline Changes

Yeah I just replied in the myspace ads thread. These guidelines show last updated on the 9th and the full email is:

Dear Advertiser

We are writing to notify you that we have updated our advertising guidelines and that our new guidelines will go into effect on Thursday, 3/19/2009.

At that time, we will be reviewing all advertisements, including those that are already running on MySpace, against these new guidelines.

Please be sure to update your current advertisements to comply with our new guidelines. You can find the new Editorial Guidelines at https://advertise.myspace.com/guidelines.html.

If you have any questions about these changes, you may contact us at https://advertise.myspace.com/faq.html.

Thank you for your cooperation, and we hope that you will continue to use MyAds for advertising.

just got this email. Saw this coming...what should be interesting is how many ads they decline that are already running. FB just did a lil spring cleaning and cut some of my ads, but left the some of the same ads in different ad groups going, lol.
 
Eh, the FTC/laws/regulations part used to be there before.

The main differences I can see are no news headlines, no unsubstantiated claims with examples (examples are new), the government affiliation and various clarification on things that have been there before.
