Got my report delivered today with links to all 100 profiles. Checked through them all with a quick little script I wrote to check for my keywords and they were there on all but 3. I haven't looked into the social bookmarking of each profile but I have definitely noticed some increased performance on the sites that I gave him to post.
I also jumped from number ~#10-15 to #3 for my main keyword on one of the sites, which is a very highly searched and highly competitive keyword, that has definitely made a difference. All in all, without much time to monitor traffic and keyword serp results I'd say this is definitely worth the $.
