Can you please give me an update on my bulk order, you've blown past a few deadlines that you've made and I'm still here empty handed (the order was placed 01/21/2011). A concrete ETA would be appreciated or I'm going to have to ask for a refund.

I'm aware that I've "blown past" a few deadlines. Exigent circumstances left me without power and away from my computer for the past week. I've stayed in touch with you so you know that your order is important to me - despite the fact that it's taken longer than expected.
