How long should I wait for any reports or updates? I ordered on the 18th as you can see above.
I figured according to that, it would be about 14-15 days for all 3 reports, yet I haven't received a single one. If you are busy with other services I'd love to just get a refund? I was even considering a few days after I initially ordered that I wished I would have done something else (completely diff service) but didn't want to hassle you about a refund if you already started on it.

Report 2: Hopefully about 5-7 days
Report 3: around 5 days after that.

Layer 1 is done we are currently waiting for approvals.
Sorry it is slower than usual I was away at my best friend's funeral last week and also had staff of sick.
Turnaround for this service is usually 3 weeks (depending on what day of the week you order on as we don't work weekends) 1 week queue for content & submission layer 1, about 1 week for layer one approvals then another week to submit and track layer 2.
I'll send the layer 1 articles to your email now.
EDIT: Just realised you didn't confirm the details until 02-25-2011, which is not even 7 days ago. Please see your PM
Your project will still be complete within 3 weeks.

I ordered the 18th, asked if anything had been submitted yet on the 25th, and changed some details and confirmed then so please don't act like I just ordered on the 25th.
Anyways, looking forward to the email then. Lack of communication/clarification was the problem here. Partly my fault I guess.
OK, well I'm not sure what's happened there because the 12 others who ordered at the same time as you have already had their 2nd reports and are waiting for the final report. Someone must have reset the deadline when you contacted on the 25th.

Thanks for the feedback, I think with the recent Google changes it's important to write high quality content, even if the Google spiders will be the only ones reading it.
I got final report (Report 3) from steviep.
Everything appears to be exactly as promised in the OP.
I just received it this morning, so I can’t comment yet on how much “link juice” is provided to the first layer from the second layer blast.
But I have some reports from steviep from a year or so back (for different sites and than this order) and all those articles are still live.
That is why I ordered this service.
steviep has always responded to my question and any problems in a timely manner.
I will try to remember and re-check everything in a week or so and report back to the thread.

Ordered on Feb 5. Order was fully completed on Mar 9 with all the reports sent to me.
Used to promote 2 keywords:
KW1 (highly competitive), initially was at position 73, then 5 weeks after completion: 41, 36, 41, 36, 50.
KW2 (moderately competitive), initially was at position 6, then 5 weeks after completion: 2, 2, 2, 2, 2.
So it definitely can help, but maybe it's just not too powerful.
