Post tweet update with URL may be banned fast and easily, suggest post with some description and add the URL as h t t p : U R L dot com format in the behind.
As everyone already said you'll get alot of clicks but no good conversion or leads.
Make it look apealing and use short url service or you might get the ban hammer.
