I am getting set up a ppc campaign for a certain offer. The offer has restrictions on trademark. Specifically the offer says you cannot have the trademark in the domain or in any keywords. I understand the keywords aspect but my question is I have the ad display url as the url of the offer site. Is this ok as it is not my own domain? Just trying to avoid getting in any trouble just starting out.

I don't exactly understand your situation but from what I can comprehend - That's a toughy. To be honest with you, I'd stay away from that campaign if you're not using your own domain.

The first entry for the term "trademark" within one dictionary source (Oxford American Dictionaries via Mac OSX Dashboard) says "a symbol, word, or words legally registered or established by use as representing a company or product". A company legally registers and/or establishes a domain name usually for the purpose of representing themselves and/or their products on the internet.

Unless someone here says, or points out, otherwise, I'd try looking for another ppc campaign. Maybe if you clarify and/or elaborate your post in other words, you may get someone with better knowledge of this to respond. Goodluck!

Thanks for the response. Its a moot point now as I realized the offer does not allow direct linking. Oh, and oops on the typo on the title.

Specifically the offer says you cannot have the trademark in the domain or in any keywords.

If the url of the offer site is the same as the trademark name (very likely), you can't use it. For an offer like this you need to build your own landing page.
