Speed: 5 delivered the next day, dont think it was even 24 hours
Communication: Excellent communication, responds instantly through pm
Price: Seems fair for the service you get, inline with similar services
Quality: As advertised, relevant links on blogs with pr, most were pr 3 in my case and had less than 5 other comments
Overall Review: Great service provided here coupled with great communication. Only thing that could improve is that while the comments were relevant to the niche of the site posted on, the sites chosen could have been slightly more releveant to the kws I was targeting. But then again my kw's can be a bit hard to find so maybe would have a better chance with some more general kws.

Quantity: 5/5 Got 20 Topic related High PR links

Quality: 4/5 All pages where the link was placed had the PR OP stated, comments were based on the article so they have a high % of stickin, very low OBL (5-10 links) and all blogs were related to my sites topic. The links are NOFOLLOW, Google likes to have a 30%-50% of the total links nofollow so it helps.

Overall 4.5/5
The service is great, love that they are topic related, comments are related to the blogs article and very low OBL.

I ordered custom package with 30 links from many different niches and I am REALLY impress with the OP.
I got report in excel file very clear I have check all the links and all of them are LIVE.
I am impress because most of the time when I use other niche comment services, they do a bad job they could not find niche related post and do bad comments on them.

Very proffessional very good in communication easy to talk with.

I will be ordering 500 links now.
