Okay so [R]DeVore inspired me (indirectly) to post some converting niches in his thread.

I posted 5 that converted really well for adsense arbi and I found an old list of ones I was going to test before I moved onto something else. So this list I don't know if it's worth it but might give you all some good ideas.

i have used tires before and had a lot of clicks but very little click thrus..

I think if you use that niche you need to use dynamic keyword insertion to get the ads targeted to specific brands of tires or types of tires.

nice list. Some good ones in there from studies I've done before. Thanks for contributing. Its about time we start sharing information again on here, since for a while it was "im greedy and dont want to talk about shit".

Thanks
Well you started it and I had this list just collecting dust.

To give someone new an idea of how to go about finding a niche I would just brain storm and write things down. I mean everything that poped in my head even if I thought it was stupid at the time. Then when I needed a niche I would randomly pick from the list, research it, break it down if it was a general niche I wrote down and try and find high paying keywords in it.

That's how I come about Mossinate Jewelry. I had Jewelry down, did some digging and found that paid really good on adsense and on 7search traffic for everything jewelry/diamonds/fake diamonds was dirt cheap at the time.

yea. I had a list written down on paper (will try to type it out when i get some time) that actually had "toilet paper" on it. Go figure, I was in the bathroom when I thought of it.

But a word of advice to anyone starting arbitrage, ANYTHING can be a good niche, so don't pass anything up.

Speakers, Telephones, Water Jugs, Baseball hats, childrens toys, ect. (all around my desk right now so thats what popped into my head).

Something I've been wondering about for some time now: Do you use directly related keywords or do you go as broad as possible? Take Goodyear Tires for example, would you only bid on "cheap goodyear tires", "goodyear shop" etc. or would you also bid on other brands, tires in general, all-weather tires .. you get the point.

with arbi I would bid on everything tire related & kill the keywords that won't convert.

If say "cheap goodyear tires" was a high paying keyword I would stuff my landing page with that phrase and bid on everything tire related.

You just about have to when getting traffic from 7search or the likes.

If you were targeting goodyear tires for your ads on your page, you could bid on general, all-weather tires, since goodyear supplies those.

But, if you were targeting general all weather tires on your page, you wouldn't want to bid on specific words since those ads might not be on your page and if someone clicks for "goodyear tires" and only sees general stuff, they might leave without clicking.

LOL funny you say that about TP 'cause I had IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) on one of my lists 'cause I saw a commercial, not cause I have it. :p

haha. yea man, anything is a niche. Its just about finding something thats profitable.

I'm working now on getting sites up on these smaller niches, to get #1 google rankings for them if they are not searched enough to do the ppc arbitrage thing, I can still get organic traffic for them. but thats a whole other topic. lol
