Well, when the post is alive, it send a ping and if you have the Google alerts set up, you should get a notice. Posts get indexed quite fast.

You can also monitor the SERPs but if you buy a lot of services for the same site/keywords, it might get hard to track which ones work better ... that is all I can advice.

Yes, most of the blogs will be the same.

Guys, I have completed all the orders and I am accepting new orders! I will be online for another 1.5 - 2 hours. So grab them now and I will start the project as quickly as 20 minutes after the order is placed!
