Is it just me or is this one of the most intense movies ever made? I love the co2 bolt gun he uses to blow locks from doors. I'm scared of his creepy haircut and his eyes are watery most of the time, so it's like he's about to cry, but his actions, facial expression and words convey no emotion at all. His voice is quiet but kindof urgent and his logic is so fucked up.

One of the scariest parts for me was outside of the hotel when he had the co2 bolt gun and was walking by the doors in white socks. It's weird because the white socks are like... relaxation and familiarity, maybe innocence. But that's so not the true situation.

Did anyone else like this movie? We're naming our band after the guy... Chigurh.

Pretty good movie, I particulary like the killer and Woody Harrelson moment. That was
intense. But your right, the ending really blew...pissed me off a little.

1st post What got me about this movie was the scene with the wife who's arriving from a funeral, near the ending. Absolutely messed up [Still checks his boots for any blood]! This assassin still has some screwed up sense of honor. Also, another great memorable moment was the "coin-toss-up" in the gas station. \

I agree that the ending kind of fell apart. It would have been better if he killed Tommy Lee Jones.

I thought it was good up until it suddenly ended and i felt like i had just been on some bad acid trip for the last 5 mins of the film..i will watch it again and try to make sense of the end..... cohen brothers are the best at what they do.

It's better the second time

I liked the movie even better the second time. I think the ending fits great with what the movie is saying. There's a great discussion on what it's all about here. If you read through the discussion and watch it again you'll see what I mean.
