Stop looking for handouts and get your priorities straight.
It is nearly impossible to start a business that will pay your expenses while you develop it, so get that idea out of your head right now.
You don't need to worry about campaigns, or arbitrary income targets, you need to worry about positive cashflow.
Go wash cars or suck dicks or sell shit on fiverr or write content until you get your living situation worked out and then set some money aside to invest in something.
Wake up, and figure out why you are homeless in the first place.
I'm guessing your house wasn't blown away in a tornando, because you would have mentioned that, so it's probably the result of some decisions you made (or didn't make). Either way, you are responsible for the situation you are in, and the sooner you figure out why you are in it in the first place, the sooner you can start improving it.
For what it's worth, I'll say that at one point in my life, I spent the better part of six months without a place to live, and that within a year of my getting off the street and establishing a place to live, I had a six-figure income.

No one has mentioned this yet, so I will. A lot of companies pay net 60 or net 90 which means you make money today, they mail the check in 60 or 90 days from now. And that's once you reach their payout threshold.

Exactly. Not only there is huge pressure over making money to feed yourself, but also the payout can come much later than expected thus affecting business growth.
