Hey Guys,

Now I dont really have a dog in this fight because im in NZ with my wife and probably wont be heading back stateside any time soon BUT I ran into an American I know today.

Anyway, he was telling me a story where apparently Obama's Social Security number is invalid and doesn't pass the E-Verify system. WTF?? Is this for real or just another urban myth. If its not his social then how the hell has he gotten away lodging tax returns and what not.

I expect LukeP here shortly :)

Social security numbers are issued based upon the mailing address you want your Social Security card sent to. (Social Security History) It's typically the state where you were born, since that's when people request them - or the state where you're residing.

His social's first three numbers are 042, meaning it was issued in Connecticut. He's never lived in Connecticut.

He's already President even though he renounced his US Citizenship to get an Indonesian passport, so all this is lame to re-hash anyway.

Yeah, a woman ran his number through E-Verify and it failed. You can look it up if you're interested in learning more.

I don't really see how that's a big deal though, compared to all the other factoids pointing to him being a foreign agent. If they can conceal the fact that he's not even a citizen, it should be supremely easy to cover up his SS# incongruities.

I mean, he couldn't even pass a FBI character and associations test. The DNC took out the part about being a citizen when they certified his nomination for President. If none of that makes the news or major politicians are afraid to touch it, they sure as shit won't be touching SS# anomalies.

His SS# is from some guy from Connecticut that died a few decades ago if I recall correctly. He also applied for foreign student aid at Occidental college which means he either commited a felony or was here studying as a foreigner. Nobody cares though, he's president and if you question it you're a racist. Fuck it, All Hail Obama Our Lord And Savior.

Parents cannot renounce the U.S. citizenship of their minor children. The children themselves must convince a U.S. diplomatic or consular officer that they are voluntarily giving up their citizenship.

Giving up U.S. citizenship is considered permanent. However, some latitude is allowed for children under 18 who renounced their citizenship. They can petition for reinstatement after they turn 18.

Renunciation of U.S. Citizenship

It has been suggested that Obama obtained Indonesian citizenship (and thus may have lost U.S. citizenship) when he lived there as a child.[79] As an attempt to prove that Obama was no longer a U.S. citizen (or held dual citizenship), some claim his 1981 trip to Pakistan took place at a time when there was supposedly a ban on United States passport holders entering that country, which would in turn have required him to use a non-U.S. passport. There was in fact no such ban. A New York Times article and U.S. State Department travel advisories from 1981 make it clear that travel to Pakistan by U.S. passport holders was legal at that time.[80][81][82]

You are 100% correct.

If a child is being adopted, however, that changes matters a bit.

The Indonesian citizenship law in effect when Obama was there was titled “Laws of the Republic of Indonesia, Number 62 Year 1958, Regarding Citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia (LNRI 1958/113).”

Article 2(1) deals with the citizenship of foreign children and reads as follows:

A foreign child not yet 5 years of age who is adopted by a Republic of Indonesia state citizen, acquires Republic of Indonesian citizenship, when the adoption is declared lawful by the District Court of the place of residence of the person who adopts the child.

If Obama were adopted by Lolo Soetoro after the age of 5, he would have had to undergo the Indonesian naturalization process to become an Indonesian citizen.

If Obama had been naturalized, he would have been required to renounce U.S. citizenship, prove Indonesian language proficiency and knowledge of the history of Indonesia.

Obama went by Barry Soetoro in school (since he was most likely adopted by Lolo Soetoro).

All this is irrelevant. He's the President of the United States, nothing will change that, and while he is in office I will just pepper my angus.

Durka durka jihad durka durka.

God bless America.

Indonesian laws don't change the fact that 6 year old Obama would still have been required to convince a US consular officer that he understood what he was doing. Even if that was approved for whatever reason, age 18 and over Obama would still have been able to try to get it back.

Average yearly Indonesia income is currently about $3,500. I wonder what amount of concern they had and how much budget they used in the 1960s towards determining if every student was using a proper legally registered name? Even with modern computers and such, there are still many places in 2013 where that is not much of a priority.

God bless America.
