It's not that they are slow and incompetent, it's that they take on 5 different $1/hour jobs at the same time to make up for the low wage.

I understood one thing, never hire the same guy over and over again when you are new to hiring. Fuckers expect too much on your next job and either do inferior job or not deliver. always hire new guys so atleast u have 5 good people out of 50 loosers to keep for a longer run.
