Offline Advertising + CPA

Classifieds are dirt cheap because you're paying by the word, not by space. Although Bold does cost extra.

But yeahAssi9, don't discount the power of offline advertising.
I made a few grand with tear off sheet posters at Uni campuses when I got into this at the very beginning and didn't know I could actually buy PPC ads.

Now that google is giving the axe to their print ads in adwords. Is there anywhere else you can go to buy newspaper ads across multiple newspapers instead of calling each one individually?

Anyone ever run into problems with merchants not allowing this kind of traffic?

Why would the merchant not want you to send them this kind of traffic?

If someone is reading through as newspaper and is able to spot and remember your ad (website or phone number, presumably) and act upon it then or later, then they are probably interested, right?

Why would a merchant not want a self-motivated, interested buyer?

On a related note:
Do people think before they post?

Apparently you are new to promoting affiliate offers, or you just dont have enough experience working with different networks. Either way, I don't give a fuck. I know how picky some merchants are about what traffic you send them. My question makes perfect sense.

lmao. that's waaay too much work to get some berry $

Or use your head and pay a high school/college student to do it for you for like $50 or something.

I mean, think about it...
Pick a real busy shopping day when the parking lot at a local mall is going to be jam packed and go put a flyer on every single car. There's probably going to be a few thousand there, at least.

You could make and print some flyers yourself and just incur the cost of ink and paper (probably not much) and even if a handful of those people convert it probably paid for itself.

If you think distributing some flyers for an offer is too much work then I doubt you'll ever find success.
