offshore Real estate investment leads/traffic needed.

A client of mine needs leads for a offshore real estate project they are putting together. Their current database is pretty useless as they have run many successful projects in Canada but the profile of an offshore investor is quite different.

I'm sure some of you fine chaps have the traffic/leads or can point me in the right direction.

Client is paying $5-$30 per lead (depending on traffic source) + $1,000 if the lead turns to a sale.

Open to negotiation depending on traffic quality.
