Yeah, I'm a noobie, and just started making a few arbi bucks from what I've learned on WF. All is well, so far, but this 7 Search business has me a bit worried. Everything I'm doing is thru them, mainly because of all the negitive stuff I've read here about other PPC engines (searchfeed, etc).

Question...If 7 search goes to shit, where do we go? I'd appreciate any insight...

I've been thinking about this a lot lately too.
I've been thinking Adcenter, I may be way off though.

personally i would start small tests with other PPC engines to get you more comfortable with them. invest like $50 into the top 3 to try out the waters.

congrats on actively trying and making a few arbi bucks. cpc->cpa and not cpc->ppc right? if you are doing cpc->ppc I would suggest trying cpc->cpa as the earnings are a lot better.

i have yet to try it out lol only been here for 2 days. my personal background is with online communities, adsense and organic affiliate sites. ppc -> cpa will be a new thing for me.

I think looksmart has a .10 or .15 bid minimum, which sucks ass.

doesn't yahoo, msn, and adbrite review all sites so how would people get arbi pages through?

I AM GOING TO SLIT MY THROAT! WHERE AM I GONNA GET MY HORRIBLE SHITTY TRAFFIC THAT GETS ME 7 CENT CLICKS! Oh maybe we'll get everyone to stop posting thinking there account was.... smart priced when infact... They just got some shitty traffic.

I'd say you could go anywhere else besides 7 search and be better off. Of all the networks I have ever tested they are the worst performing. Actually that would be a tie between 7 search and bidvertiser.

Read the forum again. There are tons of alternatives to traffic than 7 search. Adwords, yahoo, buying links,

The big three or Adbrite are pretty safe.

Really? I've been thinking about signing up but then I read this in another thread:

careful with adbrite traffic
it's considered bottom of the barrel and can get ur acc disabled

I like their UI and they got geo targeting which is nice but I don't want to get traffic from pay2surf sites.

Don't worry, this will be short-lived as soon as they realize 98% of the click buyers are the people they are trying to avoid.

Thanks! I'll look into Adbrite. I think I need to get a bit more experence before dropping my nuts on the big 3. I've heard some real horror stories about noobies getting creamed (dollarwise) trying to arbi the biggies....

By the way, Jdog, did you really go to Phoenix???

Adbrite takes a lot of testing, but definitely can work. The big 3 are not as scary as you think. I was a pussy and wouldn't sign up for adwords because I was scared I would lose too much money, but now I realize I lost a lot of money because I didn't sign up. They all have daily budgets, to help minimize risk.

Yeah, I'm leaving vegas in 3 weeks. I'm bummed and excited at the same time. When I see the houses I'm looking at down there, compared to what I have here it blows me away.

It all depends on what site your advertising on. If your ad is on a myspace or an arcade site your traffic will blow.

Well the thing is Jon Waraas (The Jon Waraas Blog) used AdBrite for arb and was making a decent amount of money ($xx/day) but then had his AdSense account suspended for invalid clicks....a lot of people blamed it on the AdBrite traffic.

First, sorry to lose you. We need all the good people we can get (Know what I mean?)

OK, I'll give the "Big 3" a look. Any problems using long tail keywords? I hear they're a bitch about being relevent....

And, you other guys, THANKS! I need all the help I can get (I guess that's obvious).
