I was watching this video where this diver gets his thumb bit off by an eel while they were feeding it. Dumb idea, but some people have to learn the hard way.
I thought that was wierd -- the last minute and a half of the movie is from a bangkok hospital a year later where one of his toes is removed and grafted onto the stub. I'd pass on getting a frakenthumb in a south east asian hospital, but may be its for the better.
