i've only had this happen to me once with an offer on copeac that was set to private and didn't include me :( or there's the obvious geotargetting? probably not if another affiliates links work. can you still see the offer on neverblue?
 
I'm located in the US and these are US based offers.
Yes I can still see the offer on neverblue. My links work - just I can't load them - have to have a friend open them up to verify they are good.
Had a friend give me his link from neverblue with the same offer, I get redirected to that error page still.
 
yeah also just like most aff. networks theyre software is crap or theyre extremely unorganized and dont notify you when campaigns expire or change.
