When a user completes their action (co-reg, lead, survey) they use matching technology to present relevant Yahoo PPC results. The offers are tailored to the site/offer, and delivered to compliment the look and feel of the site. Compensation is based on the click and eCPM’s can be as high as $1-2k (not joking). They also can launch exit pops during the signup process for users who bail out of the signup.
