OP, in the same boat you are. Fresh ideas are just not coming and my day job at a paid search agency is sucking up all my time and energy. It truly is difficult to pull yourself out.
Here's a thought though--do you have any side projects you can focus on? Ones that have no hope whatsoever of making money to the point where the only reason you do them is enjoyment?
Yeah, I don't have any either. But that's what I'm searching for now. I'm trying to find something that actually can hold my attention for more than two seconds and then I'm going to try to do something around it without the hope of making money. When you are fed up with the slimy side of the affiliate world, the only option left is to find something you are interested in (I won't even say "passionate", that's like a dirty word to me now) and throw something out there to be consumed.
