I think I posted some tips I got from a colleague of mine plus my own experiences a while. There's a 90% literacy rate in the Philippines; which means if you check folks' CVs (aka resumes) and they don't have some kind of formal training (which DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE), I would be a bit suspect.

It may sound like we are not from big universities. But I myself and my workers have been trained the same. We might not be as good as they are but our willingness to help and be trained make us better than those big university graduates. We can't afford to go into those big universities.

We are located in remote city, which is by the way no to known. I have over 25 workers with me in my office.

Again test us and you will see what i mean.

But that doesn't mean were no good. It wont hurt you if you test us out, to see how we work
