Paying affiliates/networks to test your offer?

I have a couple email submit bizopp offers that I would like to test ASAP. The goal is to see what works and get some data so I can go to some aff networks and have affiliates drive all the traffic.

The problem is the only traffic I've ever had success with is PPC. I know nothing about Facebook, cpv, email, etc.

So, how can I get around this? Do any of you ever pay networks to help you test your offers?

You can guarantee an EPC and get networks to test it.

What sort of cpa are you planning to pay?
 
We test offers all of the time for advertisers, however we require a prepay. We no longer run email submits so I would not pull it in, but I am sure if you contact a couple networks who do run email subs you can get it tested as long as you are willing to prepay.

We might be able to help you out. You wouldn't have to pay us any fees to run a test, other than the per-lead fees on the leads generated during the test period. Also, there would have to be some sort of minimum spend commitment. Nothing too crazy, but we wouldn't be able to help if your test budget is only a couple hundred bucks.
