Paypal CC Plugin alternative for Canadians?

Seems like every thing short of actually going out and getting a credit card is for US residents only. I'm looking for a way to pay for things that require a credit card (mostly Adwords) with my PayPal account. Anyone?

just get a Visa debit card and empty your paypal into that account. No interest, no repayments and works online.

There's nothing wrong with it, it's just my last resort. Also, what I meant was fuck Paypal for leaving Canada out of any good product they release. My bad.

yeah get a visa debit card, thats what i use.. too much hoops to jump through to get a real credit card.
