Paypal Identity Confirmation Sucks Balls

Logged into Paypal today, and saw my account was locked down more than the africans on slave ships over the trans-atlantic slave trade.

Changed account pw, changed account security questions, and the final step is "Confirm Identity"

Upon hitting confirm identity papal just says "working" for a few seconds and then it just says "confirmation failed."

Been trying this all day, wtf paypal?!?!

Call them thats the only way. They did this to me in the past and asked me to send some verification documents. I did and it got cleared off.

I just had to call them a couple days ago because I had forgotten what answers I typed in for the secret question (I'm used to just type in BS..)

Anyway, they asked me a couple of questions. First one being what my phone nr was, but I had forgotten that old nr too (really). But telling them my home address, last 4 digits of my bank acc and having control over the e-mail acc was enough for them to reactivate it. Actually only took like 3 mins.

Didn't think it'd be that easy after reading on the inet that you often need to send in docs. Guess I got lucky. Good luck to you.

paypal is balls. they do that 1 out of 3 times i transfer funds to my bank account

Yeah you just to fax them your a copy of your driver's license, credit card, passport, and best buy rewards zone... and then wait three weeks.

You better to call them. Usually I send a fax with Driving license and utility bill.
